Three people were arrested Thursday after police said a felony amount of LSD and hallucinogenic mushrooms were found in their home.
According to College Station police, detectives suspected drug sales were coming out a home in the 3900 block of Oaklawn Street. A search warrant was executed on the property on Thursday.
Police said in a bedroom shared by Hunter Blake Swinney, 19, and Linda Grace Hagler, 20, officers found two bags of psilocybin mushrooms and a jar of paste with THC extract. Authorities also said a sheet of 80 LSD doses, digital scales, packaging materials and a drug sales ledger were located. Some of the items were labeled with the name “Linda,” a report notes.
In a bedroom belonging to Alexander Jude Gueno, 20, officers said they found a bag labeled “Alex” that contained psilocybin mushrooms, as well as a digital scale.
Swinney, Gueno and Hagler are all charged with delivery of psilocybin mushrooms, a first-degree felony punishable by up to 99 years in prison. Swinney was also charged with delivery of more than 80 units of LSD, also a first-degree felony. Swinney was released from the Brazos County Jail on $24,000 bond, and Gueno and Hagler were released on $12,000 bond.
