A Bryan man was arrested Thursday after authorities said he entered a woman’s home and asked if he could massage her feet while touching himself.
According to Bryan police, a woman said between 8:40 a.m. and 9 a.m. Sunday, a man entered her home off Old College Road through the back door. The man, whom the woman did not know, said he had seen her back gate open and wanted to make sure she was OK. The man asked the woman if she had seen him earlier, as he was standing outside watching her while masturbating, then asked if she would allow him to rub her feet while he touched himself, police said. The man left when the woman picked up the phone to call 911.
The woman gave a description of the man and said he had a chipped tooth. Detectives shared the description with officers in an attempt to identify him, and a female officer said Jonathan Molina, 24, had been involved in a collision she had worked earlier this year. She remembered him, police said, because he had attempted to make romantic advances toward her. She said he approached her at a crime scene a few months ago and asked if he remembered her. At that time, police said, he had a chipped tooth.
The victim identified Molina in a photo lineup, police said.
He is charged with burglary of a habitation, a second-degree felony punishable by up to 20 years in prison. He was released from the Brazos County Jail on $20,000 bond.
