Three people were arrested Thursday after a search warrant was served on a home in south Brazos County and authorities said they found more than 150 grams of methamphetamine.

According to the Brazos County Sheriff’s Office, deputies had received complaints about a home on Straub Road. After surveillance, deputies were granted a search warrant in regards to possible drug trafficking taking place.

The warrant was executed Thursday, and deputies found Crystal Leilani Hawkins, 34, and Joseph Wayne Koon, 36, in a bedroom. Deputies also spoke with Halee Renae Luce, 28, of Bryan and a fourth person later determined not to be involved.

Inside the home, deputies said they found two containers filled with a total of 5.6 ounces of liquid meth, as well as smoking devices, digital scales and syringes containing meth. Inside Luce’s purse, authorities said they found about one gram of meth in a syringe.

Luce is charged with possession of methamphetamine, a third-degree felony punishable by up to 10 years in prison. She remains in the Brazos County Jail on $20,000 bond.

Hawkins and Koon each are charged with possession of 160 grams of meth, a second-degree felony punishable by up to 20 years in prison. Koon is being held on two counts of credit card abuse against the elderly, while Hawkins faces three charges. Each count is a third-degree felony.

Hawkins remains in jail on $90,000 bond, while Koon is being held on $50,000 bond.

Find one dope fiend they lead you to all of them all of these suspects have prior drug offense arrests, too easy guys way at the bottom of the totem pole, need to aim a little higher, fine job though keep that garbage off the streets. Crystal Hawkins is literally a faces of meth example, and Luce is heading that way.
