A College Station man was arrested Monday after police said marijuana and THC were found during a search of his home.
According to College Station police, authorities were suspicious of possible drug sales coming out of a home in the 700 block of Concho Place. A search warrant on the home was executed Monday, and authorities detained the occupant, Christian Ryan Padgett, 22.
In Padgett’s bedroom, police said they found nearly 12 ounces of marijuana and THC that totaled more than 10 ounces. The THC was found in vape pen cartridges, packages of THC extract and a beaker of liquid containing THC, police said. Authorities said digital scales with narcotics residue also were found.
Padgett is charged with delivery of more than four grams of THC, a first-degree felony punishable by up to 99 years in prison; and possession of more than four ounces of marijuana, a state jail felony punishable by up to two years in a state jail. He is also being held on a felony theft warrant. He remains in the Brazos County Jail on $17,000 bond.
