A new Chick-fil-A location is opening in College Station next week, and local residents have a chance to earn free meals for a year.

The location in the Jones Crossing shopping center at 1700 Harvey Mitchell Parkway South is opening Sept. 19, and the company says it is bringing 85 jobs to the area.

Franchise owner Jerald Huggins is hosting a family-friendly overnight party beginning at 6 p.m. Sept. 18 during which 100 people ages 18 and older will win free food for a year. Rules and conditions for the “First 100 12-Hour Campout” can be found at bit.ly/JonesCrossingCFARules.
