Aggie volleyball team falls to Mizzou

COLUMBIA, Mo. — No. 22 Missouri won the final three sets to take a 16-25, 17-25, 25-18, 31-29, 15-12 Southeastern Conference victory over Texas A&M at the Hearnes Center on Sunday.

A&M senior Hollann Hans registered her fifth double-double of the season, leading the Aggies (10-4, 2-2) with 19 kills and 10 digs. The outside hitter also had three aces and five blocks. A&M junior setter Camille Conner recorded a double-double, her fourth of the season with 39 assists and 10 digs. Conner hit .400 in tallying seven kills.

The Aggies were strong defensively, finishing with 12 blocks, led by middle blocker Mallory Talbert, who had five. Libero Camila Gomez recorded 16 digs and Taylor Voss registered seven digs and an ace.

Kylie Deberg led Missouri (10-3, 2-1) with a match-high 23 kills and hit .304.

A&M is home at 8 p.m. Friday against South Carolina.
