LSU is trying to build momentum to win a national championship. So is A&M, but just a little further down the road.

It seems more has been made out of what LSU lost last year rather than what A&M won. The Aggies went into that game unranked. LSU was No. 8. This year the focus again is on LSU with A&M again unranked. The Tigers are worthy of their No. 1 ranking, but the Aggies once again probably are an underrated foe.
